Senior Quantity Surveyor role in the swimming pools and landscaping industry.
The role requires a minimum of five years of UAE experience in the same field.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for swimming pool and landscaping works.
- Manage cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Prepare and certify interim payment applications.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payments.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with UAE standards, contracts, and specifications.
- Monitor project cash flow and cost forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- At least five years of UAE experience in swimming pool and landscaping projects.
- Strong knowledge of swimming pool construction, including RCC, waterproofing, and MEP coordination.
- Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and water features.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and cost control tools.
- Strong negotiation and reporting skills.
