About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review detailed quantity take offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for construction and infrastructure projects
- Manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Handle tendering processes, subcontractor evaluations, and commercial negotiations
- Review contract documents in accordance with FIDIC and Qatar construction standards
- Prepare interim payment applications, progress valuations, and client billing submissions
- Evaluate and process subcontractor payments, variations, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and identify cost saving opportunities
- Prepare, assess, and negotiate variation orders and contractual claims
- Coordinate with consultants, project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and clients
- Conduct site measurements and verify completed work progress for payment certification
- Maintain proper documentation for contracts, invoices, change orders, and commercial reports
- Assist in procurement planning and material cost analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in building projects, preferably in Qatar or GCC
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Qatar construction practices
- Experience with ERP/estimation software such as CCS, Candy, AutoCAD, or Primavera
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred
