Traze is hiring a Senior Quantitative Analyst to own the technical and analytical backbone of its trading risk and fraud function.

The role is a hands-on individual contributor position rather than a management role.

The analyst reports to the Head of Risk and works with high autonomy and minimal oversight.

Design and build backend infrastructure, monitoring tools, and detection algorithms for toxic flow, latency arbitrage, and abusive trading patterns.
Use built systems to investigate trading and non-trading activity, detect suspicious behavior, and report findings.
Analyze products and promotions for fraud or abuse exposure and propose mitigations.
Classify clients to support A-book or B-book decisions and profitable execution outcomes.
