OutSystems is hiring a Senior AI Quality Tester focused on manual exploratory testing and AI-assisted automation.
The role bridges traditional quality assurance with AI-driven testing for enterprise software and AI agents.

Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce and CPQ platform and workflow testing experience is mandatory.
- Experience in test automation and openness to or early experience with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or UiPath are required.
- Proficiency with UiPath or Playwright and APIs is required.
- Candidates should understand testing and governance of predictable, ethical, and secure AI agents.
- Candidates should be able to design automation strategies that support CI/CD at scale.
- Strong collaboration, leadership, initiative, responsibility, assertiveness, and communication skills are expected.
Responsibilities
- Design self-healing AI-assisted test scripts and frameworks that adapt to application and agent changes.
- Manually validate complex Salesforce and CPQ business journeys and determine the right manual-to-automated testing balance.
- Use AI-powered reviews to identify architecture, maintainability, and performance issues proactively.
- Collaborate with R&D, Security, TechOps, Digital Transformation, Cloud, and Service Delivery teams.
