About the Role
United NDT Training & Inspection Centre seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Mechanical QA/QC team for an ADNOC Oil & Gas Construction Project in the UAE. The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 15+ years of Oil & Gas experience, and mandatory ADNOC project experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Mechanical QA/QC team
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, standards, and client requirements
- Review and approve ITPs, QCPs, method statements, and inspection reports
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality documentation
- Monitor NCRs and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality management systems
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on quality matters
- Support project quality objectives throughout construction activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction projects
- Proven experience leading Mechanical QA/QC teams
- Strong EPC project experience
- Previous ADNOC project experience is mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of QA/QC documentation and inspection procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
