Write, execute, debug, and maintain automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript.
Build and maintain the Playwright automation framework, including reusable components, fixtures, configuration, test data, and reporting.
Build and maintain automated regression suites across applications and integrations.
Troubleshoot automation failures across test code, applications, environments, integrations, and test data.
Integrate and execute automated tests through CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot pipeline failures.
Use Git for source control, branching, pull requests, and automation code management.

Perform SIT across applications and integrations, including interfaces, APIs, and data flows.
Test APIs and validate integrations, including requests and responses, data mappings, transformations, error handling, logging, and downstream impacts.
Use SQL to query and validate backend data, integration results, and data integrity.
Review business and technical requirements, integration designs, and acceptance criteria and translate them into test coverage.
Plan and execute functional, integration, E2E, regression, and automated testing.
Investigate complex application, integration, automation, and data defects and work with technical teams and vendors through resolution.
Prepare and maintain test data for manual and automated testing.
Document and track defects, test results, risks, and supporting evidence using the appropriate QA tools.
Support UAT and release testing where required.
Maintain common automation components and coding practices across the QA automation framework.
Review automation code and provide technical guidance to QA team members where required
Estimate and plan automation, SIT, regression, and release testing activities.
Identify technical dependencies, risks, environment requirements, and test data needs that may impact testing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or another technically relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 6+ years of hands-on software QA experience, with strong experience in test automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript, including writing, debugging, and maintaining automated tests.
Strong experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks, including reusable components, fixtures, configuration, test data handling, and reporting.
Strong understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript, including asynchronous programming, functions, classes, modules, and error handling.
Strong experience with Git, including branching, pull requests, merges, and working within shared automation repositories.
Hands-on experience integrating and running automated tests through CI/CD pipelines.
Strong experience with API and integration testing, including validating requests, responses, data flows, and error handling.
Strong experience with SIT across multiple applications and integrations.
Strong SQL skills and experience querying backend data for validation and troubleshooting.
Experience designing and maintaining automated regression suites and managing test data for automation.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across automation code, applications, integrations, environments, and data.
Hands-on experience with functional, integration, E2E, and regression testing.
Experience with Selenium or other automation frameworks is an asset.
Experience testing AlayaCare implementations, releases, or integrations is an asset.
Healthcare industry experience is an asset but not required.
