This is a full-time Senior Quantity Surveyor role based in Dubai.

The position works closely with project managers and clients to support timely and accurate cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in contract administration and procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Professional certifications in quantity surveying or a related field, such as MRICS, are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day quantity surveying activities.
- Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.
- Manage procurement processes and contract administration.
- Work with project managers and clients on cost management.
