- Implement and manage project specific QA/QC processes in accordance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Review and monitor contractor Quality Management Plans (QMP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and method statements.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved specifications, drawings, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
- Oversee material inspections, testing activities, factory inspections, and site acceptance processes.
- Manage Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and preventive action processes.
- Conduct regular quality audits and surveillance inspections to assess compliance.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and client representatives to resolve quality related issues.
- Prepare quality performance reports, audit findings, inspection summaries, and KPI dashboards.
- Support testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and operational readiness activities.
- Review handover documentation, as built records, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and quality dossiers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification preferred
- 12+ years of experience in QA/QC management for large scale construction projects
- Data Centre experience preferred
- Experience with ITPs, NCR/CAR control, material inspections, method statement compliance, audits, quality reporting, handover records and final dossier review

Overview
- Seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer / Quality Manager with 12+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control management for large scale construction projects, including mission critical data centers.
Your role
- Implement and manage project specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes in accordance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Review and monitor contractor Quality Management Plans (QMP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and method statements.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved specifications, drawings, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
- Oversee material inspections, testing activities, factory inspections, and site acceptance processes.
- Review and verify inspection requests, test reports, certificates, and quality documentation submitted by contractors.
- Manage Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and preventive action processes, ensuring timely closure.
- Conduct regular quality audits and surveillance inspections to assess compliance with quality management systems and site procedures.
- Monitor execution of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and specialist systems installations for quality compliance.
- Verify compliance of construction activities with approved method statements and inspection requirements.
- Coordinate with resident engineers, discipline engineers, contractors, and client representatives to resolve quality related issues.
- Identify quality risks, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities, recommending corrective measures where necessary.
- Prepare quality performance reports, audit findings, inspection summaries, and KPI dashboards for project management and clients.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification preferred.
- Data Centre experience is Preferred.
- 12+ years of experience.
- QA/QC management, ITPs, NCR/CAR control, material inspections, method statement compliance, audits, quality reporting, handover records and final dossier review. Data centre or high specification project experience preferred.
