Senior QA Engineer

Strong QA fundamentals with proven experience defining test strategy, assessing risk, and making pragmatic trade-offs in complex, scalable environments

Hands-on experience testing complex systems, including API and native mobile or similar high-traffic applications

Demonstrated ability to embed quality early (shift-left), influencing requirements, design, and delivery practices across the full lifecycle

Ability to coach and influence developers and cross-functional teams, combining strong communication skills with the technical fluency to engage on architecture, automation, and engineering practices

Familiarity with Playwright or similar tools, helping guide and uplift automation approaches across teams

Experience contributing to quality transformation or embedding QA practices in product-led environments

Exposure to AI tools in testing or quality engineering, applying judgment rather than relying on outputs
