What you’ll do
• Support end-to-end quality assurance activities for eSIM, provisioning, and telecom platforms, including release testing, defect analysis, issue triage, and responses to market or customer queries.
• Execute manual and automated test scenarios aligned with agreed test strategies, plans, and release schedules.
• Design, maintain, and enhance API test suites and supporting integration documentation.
• Perform API functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across interconnected systems.
• Analyse logs, traces, backend behaviour, and API transactions to conduct root cause analysis and support timely issue resolution.
• Document, prioritise, track, and report defects using established defect management processes and tools.
• Review business requirements and technical specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate testing activities across release cycles and support release onboarding processes.
• Validate functional and non-functional requirements, including error handling, edge cases, and data accuracy.
• Perform reconciliation activities and troubleshoot API connectivity and integration issues.
• Collaborate with development, integration, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery outcomes.
• Support integration testing with partner and market systems while assessing downstream impacts of changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives relating to QA processes, automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Prepare and maintain integration artefacts including interface specifications, data mappings, configuration guides, and reusable onboarding templates.
Who you are
• Degree or higher degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, API integration, testing, and release management activities.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, software testing lifecycle (STLC), software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Extensive hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, message queues, and integration technologies.
• Proven experience in API testing covering functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing API test automation frameworks.

Knowledge of SIM and eSIM architecture, functionality, and relevant industry standards.
Experience within the telecommunications industry, including eSIM provisioning flows, SM-DP+, SM-DS, and device testing.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Go, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and infrastructure concepts.
Experience supporting automation implementation and framework design activities.
