Requirements
- 5 7 years of experience in software testing and/or release management
- Experience testing across mobile applications, web portals, kiosks, and internal business applications
- Exceptional documentation and organizational abilities (test plans, test cases, release notes, runbooks)
- Daily use of AI tools to improve testing efficiency, analysis, and release processes
- Strong problem solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Required: Jira and Azure DevOps (work item tracking, test execution tracking, dashboards, release pipelines)
- Test management & documentation tools (e.g., Zephyr, Xray, TestRail, Confluence/SharePoint)
- Automation & CI/CD exposure (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium; Git; Azure Pipelines/Jenkins)
- Tools for test execution, reporting, and observability (e.g., Postman, Charles/Fiddler, BrowserStack, Firebase)
