Role Overview
Archetype is hiring an experienced and proactive Senior QA professional.
The role covers manual and automation testing for web, API, and mobile applications.
The successful candidate will independently drive testing activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and create test strategies, scenarios, and cases.
- Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, system, end-to-end, exploratory, and release testing.
- Design, maintain, and improve automation frameworks using Playwright and/or Selenium.
- Develop automation scripts with C# and Python.
- Perform API testing with Postman, Fiddler, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Test web and mobile applications across Android and iOS.
- Validate databases with SQL and verify data integrity.
- Investigate test failures, identify root causes, and collaborate on defect resolution.
- Manage defects using Jira, MTM, Bugzilla, Visual Studio, or similar tools.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.
- Work with Azure and/or AWS environments.
- Apply AI-assisted testing techniques and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
