Role overview
Lendable is hiring a full-stack Python engineer for its Central Operations team.
Central Operations builds internal web applications and robust automations across Cards, Loans, and Motor.
The role supports Operations teams with scalable tools and practical applications of AI, working with Product, Data Science, and Analytics.
Responsibilities and impact
- Build internal web applications for Operations teams.
- Develop automations that improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Ship features used daily by Operations teams and help shape technical direction.
- Use AI and LLMs where they add value to operational workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Analytics on deployed solutions.
Essential experience
- Solid Python experience in a web application context.
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask; the team uses FastAPI.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong engineering practices covering design patterns, testing, clean code, and code review.
- Previous experience in a product-focused team.
