Role Overview

- Develop, test, and deploy Python based backend services and APIs with a focus on scalability and efficiency
- Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code following best practices and design patterns
- Optimize existing codebases for performance, reliability, and security improvements
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and software quality metrics
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, including debugging and root cause analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python 3.x and experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object oriented programming principles
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration with third party services
- Familiarity with databases including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure, for deployment and infrastructure management
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
