Senior Public Relations Manager

Maison Ellyse is a luxury PR and brand representation agency headquartered in Dubai, operating across all GCC countries and now opening in Paris/Zurich.

As our Saudi Arabia presence grows in line with the Kingdom's extraordinary momentum, we are looking for a Senior PR Manager to lead and grow our Saudi operations on the ground.

This is a senior, high-impact role for an established PR professional who is deeply embedded in the Saudi luxury and lifestyle landscape.

You will be the driving force behind Maison Ellyse's client work in the Kingdom, managing active accounts, developing new business, and representing the agency with the authority and warmth that our brand demands.

Lead day-to-day PR and communications strategy for a portfolio of luxury clients across Saudi Arabia delivering integrated campaigns across hospitality, fashion, jewellery, beauty and lifestyle that meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Develop and maintain deep, active relationships with Saudi Arabia's top-tier media — editors, journalists, broadcasters and digital media professionals across leading luxury and lifestyle titles in both Arabic and English.

Manage and grow a curated influencer and content creator network across the Kingdom — identifying the right voices for each client brief and executing influencer programmes with precision, cultural intelligence and measurable results.

Drive business development actively — identifying new client opportunities in the Saudi market, building relationships, pitching Maison Ellyse's services, and growing the agency's commercial footprint in the Kingdom.

This is a role for someone who is energised by bringing business in, not just managing it.

Plan and execute high-profile events, VIP activations and experiential moments in Saudi Arabia — managing every detail from concept and guest curation through to on-ground execution and post-event coverage amplification.

Identify and develop brand partnerships and collaboration opportunities for clients — connecting brands with complementary luxury partners across the GCC landscape.

Represent Maison Ellyse at key industry events, brand launches, exhibitions and cultural moments across the Kingdom — serving as the agency's senior voice in the Saudi market.

Collaborate closely with the Dubai headquarters and Group Director on cross-market campaigns and shared client mandates — ensuring seamless, integrated delivery across all markets.

A minimum of 6–8 years of PR and communications experience, with a strong and demonstrable track record in the Saudi market specifically.

Experience across luxury fashion, hospitality, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle is essential.

Deep, personal and active relationships with Saudi Arabia's leading luxury and lifestyle media — editors, journalists, digital media and broadcast contacts who know your name and take your calls.

A well-established and curated influencer network across the Kingdom — with the taste and judgment to know which voices are right for which brands, and the experience to manage those relationships professionally.

Proven business development instinct — you have identified opportunities, built client relationships and converted them into mandates before, and you are motivated to do it again.

A genuine understanding of the Saudi luxury consumer — their sensibilities, their aspirations, and how they engage with brands, media and culture in 2026.

An established professional presence and reputation in the Saudi market — you are known, respected and connected.

Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English — written and spoken, to a high professional standard.

You can write a compelling pitch letter and a press release in both languages without thinking twice.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously without sacrificing quality, detail or deadlines.

A refined personal aesthetic and genuine passion for the luxury world.
