Requirements
- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical , Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field
- Min 8 years of experience in automotive systems, p ropulsion or embedded control systems
- Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262), diagnostics, and OBD regulations (CARB CCR 1968.2, UN156, Euro 7)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced engineering degree
- Experience in powertrain systems (ICE, hybrid, electrified)
- Experience with diagnostic development, calibration tools, or validation ( HiL )
- Familiarity with Agile, ASPICE, or AUTOSAR
- Experience working with suppliers and global regulatory processes
