- Lead and direct all proposal activities for development BOOT tenders
- Follow department procedure and prepare approval documents based on feasibility studies and risk assessment
- Provide high level oversight and final review of complex inquiry files to ensure compliance with client specifications and VEOLIA standards
- Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and minimize estimation errors
- Ensure seamless integration and coordination between Engineering, Sales, Procurement, and Legal departments
- Analyze contractual and financial risks associated with major projects and establish mitigation strategies
- Identify training needs and develop technical competencies of the team while monitoring performance
- Represent the company in high level technical meetings and contract negotiations with key clients and stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure innovative solutions and competitive pricing
- Keep abreast of market trends, technological developments, and competitor activities to update bidding strategies
- Oversee the transition from proposal to contract, ensuring final agreements align with submitted offers

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Lead and direct all proposal activities for development BOOT tenders including discussion with all stakeholders to ensure the delivery of competitive techno commercial offers aligned with company strategy.
