Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in property management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in managing large scale portfolios across commercial and residential properties
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or any related field
- In depth knowledge of leasing, tenant relations, and property operations
- Skilled in budgeting, financial analysis, and capital planning
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent property management software
- Strong ability to manage relationships with owners, tenants, and regulators
- Effective in resolving tenant issues, maintenance challenges, and compliance risks

Job Summary
- The Senior Property Manager provides strategic oversight and leadership across a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance.
- This role exists to drive property value growth, optimize budgets, and align property management practices with organizational objectives.
- Acting as the senior liaison between property owners, tenants, vendors, and regulatory authorities, the Senior Property Manager ensures compliance, efficiency, and long term sustainability of the real estate portfolio.

- Lead initiatives to expand property services and enhance competitive positioning in the real estate market.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Job Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in property management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing large scale portfolios across commercial and residential properties.
- GCC experience is preferred, with strong knowledge of regional real estate regulations.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management Degree or any related field
- Master's degree in any related field
