Responsibilities
- Assist CIS/Russian and Arabic speaking clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate
- Provide expert guidance on off plan and resale opportunities, investment potential, and market trends
- Help clients navigate the Dubai property process from first inquiry through MOU and DLD transfer
- Utilize language skills to build rapport and foster strong relationships with international clients
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and manage transaction processes from start to finish
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory updates, and emerging market trends
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings to target client base
- Collaborate with developers, legal professionals, and internal teams to optimize client experiences and achieve sales objectives
Requirements
- Full fluency in Russian or a European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.), in addition to English
- Minimum 2 years real estate sales experience in Dubai
- Proven closing track record
- Valid UAE driving license and own car
- Valid RERA card or eligible to obtain one

- Assist CIS/Russian and Arabic speaking clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care
- Provide expert guidance on off plan and resale opportunities, investment potential, and market trends across key residential and commercial areas
- Help clients navigate the Dubai property process from first inquiry through MOU and DLD transfer, including guidance on Golden Visa eligibility through property investment
- Utilize your language skills to build rapport and foster strong relationships with international clients
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and manage transaction processes from start to finish
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory updates, and emerging market trends
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings to your target client base
- Collaborate with developers, legal professionals, and internal teams to optimize client experiences and achieve sales objectives
Qualifications
- Full fluency in Russian or a European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.), in addition to English, is required
