We are hiring a Senior Property Consultants with a strong understanding of Dubai’s off plan or secondary property market.
This role is ideal for professionals who value a consultative, advisory led approach over volume driven sales.
You will work closely with investors and end users, guiding them through project selection, developer launches, and long term investment strategies, with a focus on clarity, structure, and trust.

Advise clients on off plan and secondary residential projects across Dubai.
Manage client relationships from first interaction to unit selection, negotiation and post sale follow up.
Present developer launches, payment plans, and investment rationales clearly and accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams on documentation, EOIs, and transaction progression.
Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and brokerage standards.
Build and manage a personal pipeline through referrals and qualified inbound leads.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate, preferably off plan.
Strong understanding of developer projects, pricing structures, and payment plans.
Professional communication and relationship building skills.
Self driven, disciplined, and process oriented mindset.
Valid UAE real estate experience preferred (Broker Card is a plus).
Valid UAE driving license.

50% Commissions No Salary.
