About the Role

- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, buyers, and tenants
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close property transactions
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and property listings
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations
- Mentor and support junior real estate agents when required
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and prepare all transaction documentation
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE
- Proven track record of successful property sales and leasing
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
- In depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Self driven, target oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage

Role Overview
- Nice View Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results oriented Senior Real Estate Agent to join our team.
