About the role
The employer is a real estate brokerage on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, working with residential and investment properties and partnering with developers including Aldar and Bloom.
The Senior Property Advisor owns a leading, client-facing role across the full sales cycle, from first enquiry to closed deal, with responsibility for pipeline growth and client referrals.
Responsibilities
- Own lead qualification, property viewings, negotiation, closing, and complex high-value transactions.
- Build networks of buyers, sellers, investors, and developers to generate listings and prospective clients.
- Use AI tools to qualify leads, draft listings and follow-ups, and organize the pipeline.
- Research the Saadiyat Island and surrounding property markets to advise clients on pricing, availability, and trends.
- Coordinate viewings, paperwork, and transaction logistics, while improving sales-process efficiency.
- Own the client portfolio from first contact through closing and collaborate with the multicultural team.
Qualifications
- Proven senior-level real estate sales experience with a strong history of closed deals and client relationships.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for writing, research, or workload organization.
