Senior Projects Manager

🚨 WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR PROJECTS MANAGER – PROJECTS & CONTRACTS

📍 UAE | 💰 AED 20K–35K/month | 📅 Immediate Joiners Preferred 💼 Type: Full-time | On-site

We are looking for a senior construction professional with 10-20+ years of experience who can independently manage both project delivery and construction contracts.

🔹 MUST HAVE

• 10-20+ years construction/project management experience
• Proven hotel / hospitality project experience
• Extensive site & construction execution experience
• FIDIC Certified
• Strong expertise in contracts, claims, variations, EOTs & disputes
• PMC experience highly preferred
• Strong commercial & negotiation skills
• Ability to manage clients, consultants & contractors
• Certified Arbitrator is an advantage
