You will help ensure schemes meet legal, policy and reporting requirements.You will:provide clear advice on redress matters and improve policies and proceduresprepare useful briefs and advice on issues affecting redress schemesmaintain accurate records and data to support service reportingdevelop practical solutions for emerging issues and priority projectscoordinate careful decommissioning work while meeting scheme requirements.About youNo mandatory qualification is listed for this role. A tertiary qualification in project management, policy development and/or public administration is highly desirable.You have strong project management experience in a regulated public service setting. You can analyse complex information and turn it into clear advice. You can solve problems, manage projects and support compliance and reporting.
