We're currently seeking a skilled and driven Senior Project Manager to join our growing Utilities Team and help tackle complex engineering challenges.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of utility infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, performance, and client satisfaction. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and play a key role in business development and staff mentorship. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of water treatment infrastructure including groundwater treatment and surface water treatment for small systems. Lead the design and implementation of water and wastewater conveyance infrastructure, including pipelines, wells, boosters, reservoirs, gravity sewer mains, lift stations, force mains, and odor control systems. Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with clients, design teams, internal staff, and external resources throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical guidance to engineers, EITs, and technicians. Monitor project performance and ensure quality control of deliverables. Set up project accounting and budget tracking systems. Prepare invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments. Conduct QA/QC reviews and ensure compliance with standards. Mentor junior staff and support career development. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to pursue new opportunities. Participate in proposal development and client interviews. Assemble and manage project teams, including sub-consultants. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning. Represent Dibble at industry events and conferences. Education & Experience:
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering is preferred, and 10 to 15 years of experience in civil engineering.
Minimum 5 years Project Management experience.
Must have a valid Arizona driver's license or be able to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license within 3 months of start date.
Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Arizona or the ability to obtain registration within six months.
LOCATION: This opportunity is in our Phoenix or Mesa office location
