About the role

  • We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager who can lead enterprise AI implementation projects from kickoff to go live.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand project objectives, align scope, manage delivery plans, track risks and dependencies, coordinate internal teams, and ensure every project is delivered with clarity, discipline, and measurable outcomes.
  • This role requires someone who can bring structure to complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders, remove blockers early, and keep delivery aligned with client expectations and approved scope.

What you will do

  • Lead enterprise AI implementation projects across voice agents, automation workflows, unified communication, and digital service channels.
  • Translate approved scope into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, owners, dependencies, and delivery priorities.
  • Manage client communication, project governance, status updates, meeting outcomes, and expectation setting.
  • Work closely with business analysts to ensure requirements, workflows, use cases, business rules, and acceptance criteria are clear before execution.
  • Coordinate with engineering, AI, VoIP, infrastructure, QA, product, and leadership teams to drive delivery forward.
  • Identify risks, blockers, scope gaps, unclear requirements, dependencies, and delivery constraints early.
  • Manage change requests, timeline impacts, client approvals, and delivery trade offs in a structured way.
  • Support UAT planning, issue tracking, client validation, go live readiness, and final acceptance.
  • Maintain project trackers, decision logs, risk logs, action items, delivery documentation, and project reporting.
  • Translate client needs into clear workflows, use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.

Qualifications

  • A Saudi citizen with at least five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, SaaS, AI solutions, telecom, contact center, enterprise software, or technology implementation projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred
  • Strong experience leading client facing projects with multiple stakeholders, technical dependencies, and changing requirements.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scope management, risk management, stakeholder management, UAT, and go live readiness.
  • Ability to work with technical teams at a practical level, including APIs, integrations, environments, system dependencies, and deployment readiness.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to write clear project updates, escalation notes, meeting summaries, and client facing communications.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel.
  • Ability to push back professionally, manage expectations, and protect delivery quality.
  • Experience managing digital products, AI solutions, automation services, conversational AI, SaaS, CRM, ERP, contact center, or integration heavy projects.
  • Experience working with government, enterprise, or regulated sector clients in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience using project management tools.
  • Experience preparing project plans, status reports, RAID logs, delivery trackers, UAT plans, go live checklists, and client acceptance documents.
