As a Senior Project Manager, you will run projects independently or under the leadership of Program Directors, while working closely with clients and internal teams to successfully deliver solutions.

You will have a leadership role in balancing creative and technical ambition with business objectives, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead projects from initiation through launch, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, budget, and quality expectations.
Own day-to-day project management activities, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and workstreams moving forward.
Serve as a trusted client partner, leading regular communication and building strong relationships throughout engagements.
Balance creative and technical ambition with business objectives to deliver high-quality solutions.
Drive delivery against contracted scope while maintaining financial health and supporting project profitability.
Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and escalate issues when needed to keep projects on track.
Communicate project plans, status, dependencies, and key decisions to clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
Partner with discipline leads to estimate resources, manage staffing plans, and align teams to project needs.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and positivity across cross-functional teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement by challenging processes, driving operational excellence, and helping teams deliver their best work.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Strong knowledge of product development and ways of working, with the ability to apply best practices and mentor junior Project Managers.

The base compensation range for this role is $110,000– $140,000 and spans multiple levels.

We're open to hiring at the level that best matches the right candidate's experience.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.
