Senior Project Manager, PMO - Managed Healthcare Payer Growth and Portfolio - Remote

Provides senior level project management support for low to moderately complex business and/or technology projects.

Responsible for supporting all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout using standard project management methodologies and tools.

Ensures alignment with business priorities and drives delivery of project outcomes.

• Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables, resource needs, and dependencies.
• Leads cross-functional teams in execution of project activities and ensures delivery of project objectives.
• Monitors project progress and performance; identifies risks and issues and leads development and implementation of mitigation strategies.
• Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs); communicates project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Manages project scope, schedule, and change control processes, ensuring alignment with defined objectives.
• Facilitates project governance activities, including status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and retrospectives, to support delivery and continuous improvement.
• Ensures project documentation is maintained in accordance with established standards and practices.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders; influences decision-making and supports resolution of complex issues.
• Supports budget tracking and financial monitoring activities for assigned projects, as applicable.
• Provides training and support to new and existing PMO project managers.

• At least 4 years of technical project management experience supporting business or technology initiatives, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
