About the Role

  • Reporting to the Construction Director, you will play a key role in delivering projects from pre construction through to handover and defects liability.
  • Managing all aspects of project delivery from commencement through to completion
  • Developing and maintaining project programs, budgets and procurement strategies
  • Managing subcontractor engagement, contract administration and project reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards and project specifications
  • Driving strong financial performance and project outcomes
  • Maintaining a strong focus on WHS&E compliance and risk management
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
  • Leading, mentoring and developing project teams to achieve exceptional results

About You

  • 5+ years' experience successfully delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects in a Project Management capacity
  • Experience delivering fast paced, multi level commercial fitout projects is highly desirable
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, buildability, risk management and safety requirements
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop and inspire high performing project teams
