About the Role
INTREC seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver a $25M Aged Care Fitout project in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. You will manage all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through handover, leading high-performing teams and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of project delivery from commencement through to completion
- Developing and maintaining project programs, budgets and procurement strategies
- Managing subcontractor engagement, contract administration and project reporting
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards and project specifications
- Driving strong financial performance and project outcomes
- Maintaining a strong focus on WHS&E compliance and risk management
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Leading, mentoring and developing project teams to achieve exceptional results
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects in a Project Management capacity
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, buildability, risk management and safety requirements
- Proven leadership experience with ability to mentor and develop project teams
- Experience delivering fast paced, multi level commercial fitout projects is highly desirable

- Reporting to the Construction Director, you will play a key role in delivering projects from pre construction through to handover and defects liability.

About You
