- Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize project outcomes
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and bring innovative solutions to project challenges
- Ensure projects align with Sentinel Property Group's quality and sustainability standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in client side project management of office fit outs and capital works programmes within the property industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, and compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional problem solving, organisational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Eligibility for QBCC – Project Management Services license (highly regarded)

Role Overview
- Sentinel Property Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and execute high profile projects across its retail property portfolio.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
