Key skills for this role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for driving the overall planning, management and completion of Operations projects across our organization and its affiliates. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing delivery leadership and execution support to multiple shared services teams and game teams across our studios. This role focuses on enabling teams by driving technically complex initiatives—such as platform services, tooling, infrastructure, and cross-studio programs—rather than owning feature delivery within a single game team.
The ideal candidate is technically fluent, comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders, and excels at bringing structure, visibility, and predictability to projects that span teams, disciplines, and time zones. The ideal candidate understands game development pipelines, can speak the language of engineers and technical leads, and brings structure, predictability, and risk management to fast-moving creative environments.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex projects (e.g., service upgrades, tooling, integrations, live ops initiatives).
