Role Overview
Lead EPC project execution for municipal water, sewage, and storm-water plants, including their mechanical and electrical equipment.
Serve as the single point of contact for project execution, client expectations, and delivery alignment.
Responsibilities
- Plan project milestones and manage systematic phase-wise execution.
- Design solutions, negotiate with vendors and OEMs, review technical specifications, and obtain approvals.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, coordinate procurement, and arrange required manpower.
- Install, test, and commission pumps, motors, valves, LT panels, HT switchgear, transformers, EOT cranes, air compressors, and surge vessels.
- Coordinate third-party contractors, corporate office staff, and onsite teams.
- Communicate regularly with clients and management regarding expectations and deliverable progress.
Candidate Profile
- Mechanical-track candidates need a B.Tech, B.E., or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a government-recognized institute.
- Electrical-track candidates need a B.Tech, B.E., or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a government-recognized institute.
- Candidates need 5–10 years of relevant site engineering, supervision, or project management experience.
- Mechanical candidates need expertise in mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, surge vessels, piping, air compressors, and EOT cranes.
- Electrical candidates need expertise in valves, LT and HT switchgear panels, and transformers.
Soft Skills
- Good communication and effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders are desired.
- Excellent time management and high accountability are desired.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is stated as 10 to 20 LPA depending on prior experience.
- Medical insurance and travelling allowance are provided according to company policy.
Work Location
- The corporate office is in Mumbai, Ghatkopar.
- The role may require work at assigned project sites.
