Description
The Senior Salesforce Project Manager will lead and own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-cloud enterprise Salesforce implementations.
The role is accountable for delivery excellence across global accounts, program-level financial performance, strategic governance, and C-suite stakeholder alignment.
The position requires strategic thinking, executive presence, hands-on delivery leadership, margin protection, risk mitigation, and scalable delivery practices.
What We Expect
- Champion authorized AI technologies, prompt engineering, developer assistants, and agentic evaluation frameworks to improve delivery productivity and timelines.
- Own enterprise Salesforce delivery lifecycle, program financial performance, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, quality, and business outcomes.
- Institutionalize Agile delivery with Scrum, Lean, and SAFe across multi-track sprints, backlog prioritization, flow metrics, and global squads.
- Govern portfolio plans, long-term roadmaps, progress reporting, technical dependencies, and macro-risk visibility.
- Manage C-suite relationships, executive communication, steering committees, escalations, delivery governance, engineering standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Optimize multi-shore resource planning, budgets, forecasts, financial reconciliation, and structural delivery-risk mitigation.
