Senior Project Manager

Lead the delivery of major project packages across solar, BESS, civil, electrical and high-voltage infrastructure works.

Manage project budgets, forecasting, procurement activities, subcontractor performance and commercial outcomes.

Oversee consultants, OEMs and delivery partners to ensure project milestones, quality standards and contractual obligations are achieved.

Coordinate engineering, design, procurement and construction teams to drive programme performance and project success.

Support grid connection, testing and commissioning activities, including engagement with AEMO, TNSPs and key regulatory stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, JV partners, consultants, authorities and suppliers.

Identify and manage project risks, opportunities, variations and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead, mentor and develop Project Engineers, Site Managers and wider delivery teams while fostering a high-performance project culture.

Demonstrated Contractor side delivery experience on utility-scale Solar Farm projects is a must, with BESS experience highly regarded.

Significant experience delivering large-scale renewable energy, electrical infrastructure, transmission or major civil infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of EPC project delivery, commercial management, procurement and contract administration.

Experience managing major subcontractors, international OEMs and complex stakeholder environments.

Proven track record delivering projects safely, on programme and within budget.

Strong leadership capability with experience managing high-performing project teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of a project.
