Senior Project Manager (MCF/ Data Centres) - Riyadh

Role Overview

Main Responsibilities

• Lead complex data centre projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design and engineering teams for integrated project outcomes.
• Manage planning, cost control, risk, contracts, reporting, and change control.
• Act as the main interface for clients, partners, authorities, and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, tenders, fee estimates, and project execution strategies.
• Support contract negotiations and define scope, deliverables, risks, and responsibilities.
• Identify project risks and opportunities and steer projects toward optimal client value.
• Contribute to regional business development and client opportunity identification.

What You Bring

• Technical university degree in architecture, civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• At least 15 years of experience managing multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction projects.
• Experience with large-scale technical or mission-critical projects.
• Strong expertise in project controls, contracts, risk, stakeholders, and commercial delivery.
• Experience with proposals, tenders, client presentations, and contract negotiations is preferred.
• KSA or Middle East experience is required.
• Excellent English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Affinity with BIM360, common data environments, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Where You Will Work

• The role is based in Haskoning’s Riyadh office and works with clients and colleagues across Saudi Arabia and the international data centre network.
• The work arrangement includes four working days per week from the Riyadh office and one remote working day.
