Senior Project Manager - Land Development

for the Senior Project Manager include but are not limited to project design and permitting, calculations; familiarity with applicable FDEP, WMD, local, etc. codes and requirements and ensuring compliance; managing and communicating with project team(s), clients, and agencies; perform site visits as needed; and attend external meetings. Our Land Development projects include commercial, residential, municipalities, parks and recreation, subdivisions, utility work and more.

• Minimum of 8 years land development engineering experience
• Minimum of 3 years project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in civil or agricultural engineering

• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D
• Stormwater and utility experience
• Must pass mandatory DMV check

• Must be able to carry, lift and push/pull up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to walk over rough and uneven terrain and be able to stand up to 10-12 hours a day on occasion.
• Must have the ability to see, smell, hear, talk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel and twist, crouch, crawl, reach, grasp, sit, stand, and walk.
• Weekend and overtime work and/or overnight work and travel may be required.
• Additional physical duties may be required as necessary.
