You’ll lead transformational residential, industrial, and mixed‑use projects, ensuring they are resilient, sustainable, and built for long‑term success.

Lead the full project management lifecycle for land development, municipal servicing, and linear infrastructure, from concept design through construction and post‑construction acceptance. These include residential, commercial, industrial subdivisions, onsite private developments, mixed use, residential and commercial developments, collector and arterial roadways, and municipal reserve and park developments.

Deliver engineering solutions for subdivisions, mixed‑use sites, stormwater management systems, sanitary and water servicing, roadway geometry, site grading, and utility coordination.
