Senior Project Manager - Land Development

• Manage, lead, and expand practice teams for multi-discipline projects and programs of work in the fields of Land Development.
• Apply an entrepreneurial spirit to create a vision for growth in the local Land Development practice and beyond
• Leadership responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operating with integrity and sound business principals Providing vision, business planning, strategy and e stablishing goals Building and maintaining positive client relationships Having open communication with your partners and team Growing and leading a Land Development practice

• Management responsibilities include but are not limited to: Establishing and cultivating client relationships Making presentations Writing proposals and scope of work Establishing budgets Ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables, and supervising the execution of work

• Our Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor
• 10+ years of civil engineering, design, and management of Land Development projects
• Bachelor's Degree
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
• Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners
• Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
• Business development skills, proven ability to win work, and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
• Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
• Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
• Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills
• Strong desire and ability to be engaged with clients solving project problems
