Role Overview

Location and Schedule

• The role is based in Jeddah, Maddinah, Saudi Arabia.
• The job schedule is full time and the posting states that the role is not remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects through planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage risks, issues, budgets, teams, stakeholders, clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare status reports and presentations, ensure quality standards, and conduct lessons-learned reviews.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• PMP or an equivalent certification such as PRINCE2 is required.
• At least 8 years of progressive project management experience, including 3 years in a senior project management role, is required.
• Experience delivering complex projects, using project management methodologies and software, and managing risks and stakeholders is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• A master's degree and experience with global teams and cross-cultural communication are desirable.

Core Skills

• Leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and prioritization skills are required.
• Relevant tools include Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, and collaboration platforms.
