You are an experienced client-side Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 12 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful project delivery.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and construction contracts, including tendering and progress tracking.
Oversee Site Plan Approval and Building Permit processes, ensuring alignment with owner objectives and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate meetings, document minutes, drive action items, and ensure compliance with client document control standards.
Provide clear, timely reporting on project status, risks, and issues to support informed client decision-making.
Administer contracts and service agreements across the project lifecycle, including closeout documentation and warranty handover.
Conduct site visits across Ontario and other provinces, ensuring Health & Safety compliance and supporting operational transition.
Experience in highly serviced sectors such as industrial warehouses, data centres, life sciences, and high-tech manufacturing.
Strong contract management skills and familiarity with various procurement routes.
Proficient in scheduling tools like MS Project and Primavera P6.
Collaborative mindset with a best-for-project attitude and leadership capabilities.
Proven ability to identify and implement efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Solid understanding of construction technical matters, including value engineering.
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, report writing, and presentation development.

The base salary range for this full-time role is $95,000 - $145,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
