We are seeking an experienced, motivated, positive, and dependable Senior Project Manager, Engineering to join our team of Resource Professionals.

The Senior Project Manager, Engineering, will lead complex engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and technical requirements.
This role demands a comprehensive oversight of project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications effectively.
The successful candidate will drive project execution by coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and resolving issues to deliver engineering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
They will also play a critical role in fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance.
Ultimately, this position is pivotal in delivering high-impact engineering projects that contribute to the organization's growth and operational excellence across British Columbia.
This position is based out of our Prince George office and is open to remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Professional Engineer, registered with or eligible to register with EGBC.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in engineering or a closely related field.
- Experience in the design of resource roads, bridges, and other civil/structural works.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code.
- Relevant experience in the BC resource sector; including forestry, mining and oil & gas.
- Familiarity with Canadian engineering codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license is required.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
