About the Role
Maestra is seeking a Freelance Senior Project Manager for a short-term contract to lead complex event, exhibition, and modular construction projects in UAE and KSA. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from planning, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation through execution and project close out
- Manage project programmes, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Oversee all on site activities ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and operational standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues
- Monitor project performance, costs, schedules, and resources to ensure commercial and operational objectives are achieved
- Drive effective communication between stakeholders and provide regular project updates
- Lead project teams ensuring clear direction, accountability, and high performance
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational best practices
- Effectively coordinate with the inhouse production facility
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience within events, exhibitions, temporary structures, modular construction, or related industries in production
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large scale, fast track projects
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment
- Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities
- Experience working across the GCC
