Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to oversee and manage the daily operations, projects, and client interactions within our auto repair workshop and maintenance garage.
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, effective communication with clients, and timely completion of all service projects.
Your leadership and organizational skills will be crucial to managing resources, tracking progress, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee various repair and maintenance projects for our clients.
- Coordinate with technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Communicate directly with clients to update them on project status, answer questions, and address any concerns.
- Ensure that all projects meet safety standards and industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
- Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for upper management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the automotive repair or maintenance industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and maintenance is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
