Spantrek is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale system implementation projects.

The role works with stakeholders across public and private sector clients.

Manage complex system implementation projects end to end, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.

The role requires strong governance discipline and experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives, ideally in the public sector.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required for stakeholder communication.

Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies using Jira and Microsoft Project.
Manage stakeholders, risks, issues, scope, change control, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate technical, operational, and business teams and provide bilingual project updates.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Ensure governance, quality, and regulatory compliance and support procurement, vendors, and contracts.
