Lead delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects across WSP Middle East’s Integrated Design & Delivery business.
Drive project performance from planning and design management through delivery and client handover.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major aviation, infrastructure, and mixed-use development projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary design and delivery teams across engineering, architecture, planning, and specialist disciplines.
- Act as the primary client interface with clients, authorities, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Drive project governance, programme controls, risk management, and commercial performance.
- Ensure delivery meets scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Lead project reporting, resource planning, and financial management activities.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Mentor and develop project managers and technical teams.
- Support business development activities, strategic pursuits, and client engagement initiatives.
- Champion collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 20 years of relevant project and programme management experience.
- Proven delivery experience on large-scale aviation, airport, transportation, infrastructure, and mega-development projects.
- Extensive Middle East experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, commercial management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary design and delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, APM, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
