- Lead the successful delivery of large scale architectural and multidisciplinary projects throughout all project phases.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and key project stakeholders.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and commercial performance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme and quality objectives.
- Oversee project planning, reporting and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations and quality standards.
- Mentor and support project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future work.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in project management within an architectural, engineering or multidisciplinary design consultancy.
- Proven experience working for a Lead Design Consultant (LDC) is essential.
- Demonstrable experience delivering large scale projects across the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of the full design and project delivery lifecycle.
- Excellent client facing, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Professional accreditation (PMP, RICS, CIOB or equivalent) would be advantageous.

- We are partnering with a leading international architecture and design consultancy to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing Middle East team.

- Commercially aware with strong programme, budget and risk management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Professional accreditation (PMP, RICS, CIOB or equivalent) would be advantageous.
- Experience using relative software packages.
