We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience who can confidently lead high profile projects and represent our company with professionalism and authority across our Dubai clientele.
This role requires someone who is equally strong in people management and process management.
You are calm under pressure, highly organized, and proactive in communication.
You understand that successful projects are not just built on timelines and budgets, but on trust, coordination, and clarity.
You will be the bridge between design, engineering, site teams, and clients.
You ensure that every moving part is aligned, informed, and progressing toward successful handover.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing projects from design development through construction and final handover
- Acting as the primary point of contact for Dubai-based clients
- Building strong, long-term client relationships rooted in transparency and trust
- Leading and overseeing on-site engineers and site teams
- Coordinating closely with Design, MEP, and technical departments
- Providing regular internal updates and structured reporting on project progress
- Maintaining organized project documentation and tracking systems
- Ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
- Anticipating challenges and resolving them with professionalism and composure
What You Bring
- 8 to 10 years of project management experience, ideally within interior Fit-out or construction
- Strong client facing communication skills and professional presence
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and on site engineers
- Proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools to ensure exceptional organization and documentation standards
- A hospitality minded approach to client service
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously
- Calm, solution oriented leadership under pressure
