Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of delivery excellence and drive cross functional execution across multiple high impact initiatives.

You will not just manage timelines; you will shape how products are planned, delivered, and continuously improved.

You will lead teams across product, design, and engineering, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution while maintaining a strong focus on user value.

Project Delivery Leadership: Own end to end delivery of enterprise level digital projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality alignment.

Cross Functional Coordination: Lead collaboration between engineering, design, product, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Agile Management: Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.

Risk and Dependency Management: Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience: 6+ years in project or program management within digital product or software environments, including leadership experience.

Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is considered an advantage.

Tooling: Strong experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.

Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate between technical and business teams.

Mindset: Structured, proactive, and outcome driven with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR38,000.00 per month
