Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large scale healthcare transformation projects and strategic initiatives
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, quality, risks, and stakeholder engagement
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks and delivery standards
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, Statements of Work (SOWs), and project charters
- Coordinate vendors, partners, suppliers, and internal delivery teams
- Manage web portal, mobile application, and backend platform implementations
- Oversee system integrations, testing activities, UAT, deployment, and go live readiness
- Manage project dependencies and interdependencies across stakeholders
- Lead risk, issue, and change management processes
- Prepare executive level project reports and provide status updates to senior leadership
Requirements
- 10 15 years of Project Management experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering healthcare insurance technology programs
- Proven experience managing large scale digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience delivering web portals, mobile applications, and backend system integrations
- Experience managing multi vendor and third party implementation environments
- Strong understanding of project governance, program controls, and enterprise delivery frameworks
- PMP certification is mandatory
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, or related field

Role Overview
- Lead a major digital healthcare transformation initiative focused on healthcare insurance technology and platform modernization.
- Manage end to end delivery of large scale programs, including integrations with healthcare insurance platforms, backend systems, vendors, and third party stakeholders.
- Work closely with PMO leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery from project initiation through deployment and closure.
Requirements
- 10 15 years of Project Management experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering healthcare insurance technology programs
- Proven experience managing large scale digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience delivering web portals, mobile applications, and backend system integrations
- Experience managing multi vendor and third party implementation environments
- Strong understanding of project governance, program controls, and enterprise delivery frameworks
- Experience managing end to end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, health information exchange, and digital healthcare ecosystems
