Role Overview
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support large-scale data center construction projects.
The role manages project delivery, stakeholders, schedules, suppliers, design teams, reporting, governance, and client relationships.
On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage architects, engineers, suppliers, owners, contractors, and regional stakeholders to deliver compliant projects.
- Track critical milestones, forecast schedules, and address delays to prevent schedule slippage.
- Ensure effective project governance, processes, systems, and best practices are applied.
- Produce formal project status reports and monitor multiple construction projects against approved design standards.
- Manage supplier interfaces through trackers and reviews and maintain project information flow through meetings and written communications.
- Manage local design teams in accordance with commission criteria.
- Provide technical support to owners, architects, contractors, and regional stakeholders and respond to field RFIs.
- Review reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.
- Support client relationships, knowledge management, process improvement, and new opportunity development.
